Former DIO Guitarist To Embark On West Coast Tour With HAPPY BIRTHDAY
March 22, 2005Former DIO guitarist Rowan Robertson wil be embarking on a short West Coast tour with his new band HAPPY BIRTHDAY. "We will be supporting Jimmy Chamberlin's new band, THE JIMMY CHAMBERLIN COMPLEX, on a short run from San Diego to Vancouver in early April," Robertson told BLABBERMOUTH.NET.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, who cite their influences as "YES, VELVET UNDERGROUND, METALLICA, THE PIXIES, LED ZEPPELIN, SEX PISTOLS, NEIL YOUNG, FRANK ZAPPA, THE SMITHS, WARHOL and CHER," have nearly completed work on their first EP.
